Hi Everyone,

Longterm girlfriend is from Russia and has been living exclusively in United States since 2001 and has had a permanent green card for about 10 years. She is finally applying for citizenship. However, she doesn't remember how she previously answered the question of whether she was ever a member or affiliated with the communist party. In fact, she doesn't even remember the questions being on previous applications. She was a pioneer/Komsomol. Her concern isn't whether she answers yes or no but that however she answers it might create a discrepancy between her naturalization application and her green card or initial visa application.

Any ideas how to address this or is this even something to be concerned about?  Thanks!
