working in the US and medicaid

my in-laws are permanent residents in NY states and they have enrolled the medicaid program with NY state of health. So far they have paid two visits to doctors and the expense was covered by the program.

Now they have a job and they will pay the tax accordingly. My question is, what's the maximum that they can make that won't disqualify their medicaid? and how much they can save into their bank accounts?
