Hi. I just noticed that on my G325A form (3rd line down) I wrote my fiance's mother's family name (husband's last name) instead of her mother's maiden name. Is this a big deal? Should I submit another G-325-A form? I called the USCIS and asked them. The man said not to worry about it and that if it becomes a problem then I can submit more information later. I said okey and didn't think much about. A couple of days later I started thinking about it again so I decided to call the USCIS again. The lady I spoke to said that I should send in my fiance's mother's birth certificate along with a letter explaining the problem. Neither of these 2 answers seem to make much sense to me. What do you all suggest? I want to make sure they have the correct info so there are no delays but I do not think sending in a birth certificate is the correct way to go about it since they didn't require a birth certificate to start with. Should I just send in a new G-325A form with a letter instead? Thanks for you help.

Best to wait & see if you get an RFE - forms sent after the fact almost never meet up with the file.
