Travel while a conditional resident

My husband and I would like to go on a cruise in Europe at the beginning of next summer (June) with other family members. Presently, my husband has conditional residence and will be applying to remove conditions next year. (His two years will have passed at the end of May).

My question is: Can he travel outside the United States with his Egyptian passport and US residence card? Does it depend on the specific countries we would be traveling to?

Yes, he can travel internationally with his Egyptian passport, and can re-enter the US using his Permanent Resident Card.

To enter a foreign country, each country's visa requirements and/or exemptions will apply for all travelers. The requirements will vary depending on which countries will be visited, nationality of traveler, are they entering the country or staying on the ship, etc.
