My fiancee has her medical on the 19th and she submitted her readiness forum on Monday and the CEAC says we are ready for our interview-however whenever she tries to scheduled it online (https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv) it just reads "-case number- is not ready for an appointment." Is there something we did wrong?

Did you also submit the DS-160?

Just wait another day and try again. See my additional comments about it today in the UK forum. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/595520-scheduling-k1-interview-london/?p=8307883

Sometimes it's cranky but nothing is actually wrong.

If it continues to not let you in then do as the instructions say.

You are posting in the forum for spouses doing Direct Consular Filing. It's a different process than the K1s. Why don't you come on over to the UK forum where lots of London K1 questions are asked and answered. It's here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/99-united-kingdom/
