My co-worker put the question to e but I have process advice only,

I will only need answers from ones who has attempted or been through HP

no advice needed.

Her family member outside the US is inadmissible for any visa (not a threat to US)

DHS advice he applies for Humanitarian Parole to them in DC due to a medical emergency

within the US which is verifiable. She seek input for the cover letter request, they already

have the necessary evidences and Docs...Is there a letter on this site
