on the G325A, is it alright to write "present time" in month/year section?

Is there anyone who can help me? On the Biographic Information form G25A, the question

"Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than 1 year", my fiance

wrote his current address, and said he lived there from "03" in the month box and "2013" in the year box,

and he wrote the words "present time" in the TO Month Year section.

Should he have typed in the current month 07, and year 2016?

Or is it alright that he typed in "Present Time"?

Thank you so much to anyone who can help me with this question!!
