Hello everyone

I am a US citizen, I am in the process of preparing the affidavit of support forms for my wife & son who are overseas. I became a citizen a year after the birth of my son.

We just had a new born baby girl, I will do the report of birth abroad at the embassy.

Since she wasn't added to the filing process with my wife and son.

Do I have to file for her affidavit of support or I don't have to because once I report her birth abroad I will get her the US passport

Do I have to add her in the affidavit with my wife and son? I-864 form - Part 3 Option 2 : I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time

Regarding the affidavit I have a joint sponsor who is married (file taxes Jointly) & have 2 kids:

I Will file form I-864 for my wife & form I-864 for my son

My joint sponsor will file form I-864 for my wife & form I-864 for my son

My joint sponsor's wife will file form I-864A

Are these the right forms??

1. No, once the CRBA is approved, you can apply for her US passport.

2. No, your daughter is a USC so she does not need to immigrate to the US.

3. Yes, they are the right forms. The joint sponsor's wife will need an I-864A for both your wife and your son.
