Sending mine in tomorrow! My husband's GC expires 09/30/2016, window for filling opened 7/2/2016. Here's what I'll be including:

-Cover letter (signed and dated by me and my husband)

-Filing fee of $590.00

-Copy of Permanent Resident Card (front and back)

-Completed I-751 form with both signatures

-Notarized letter from my parents stating that we have been living with them since obtaining permanent residency

-Copy of our joint US tax transcript from 2014 and 2015, along with 2015 tax return

-Copy of W2 from 2015 showing joint address

-Copies of monthly Bank of America bank statements from joint savings and checking starting in Dec 2014-Present

-Copy of letter from Bank of America stating that we are both included as authorized users and card holders on my father’s credit card account

-Copy of reference letter from Bank of America stating that we share a joint checking and savings account along with the date the account was created and the average balance

-Voided check from joint bank account

-Copies of our VISA credit cards showing same credit card number

-Copies of Commerce car insurance statements showing both of our names listed as operators

-Copy of quarterly Verizon cell phone bills spanning duration of residency in the US (family plan)

-Copy of my husband's SS card

-Copy of joint health insurance cards

-Copy of joint dental insurance cards

-Copy of 401K and life insurance plans from my husband's workplace listing me as beneficiary

-Copy of 401K, life insurance, dental, health, cancer and accident insurance from my workplace

-Copy of letter from my workplace stating that my husband is enrolled in my insurance and a beneficiary for my life insurance and 401K

-Photos spanning the entirety of our marriage with friends/family and a description

-Copies of wedding invitation envelopes sent by our friends that address us both as a couple.

-Copy of envelope from IRS showing our joint address

-2 Notarized affidavit, 1 from my brother and the other from a good friend

-Copy of our airline reservations from vacations together, including:

  • My trip to France to visit my husband in October 2013 while he was waiting for his green card
  • Trip to Texas with my husband and my parents in March 2016
  • Trip to France that me and my husband took to visit his parents in April 2016
  • Upcoming trip to California with my husband, his parents, and my parents in August*
    *We would greatly appreciate it if the biometrics appointment can be scheduled before or after this trip, which will be from August 11th-August 22nd, 2016

Any advice on my evidence? We'll be going away in August to California, hopefully we will get the biometrics before.

Woops, forget these:

-Copy of facebook messages sent starting 01/13-present

-Copy of my credit card from France

-Copy of our lease from when we were living in France with translation and translators certificate

-Copy of my French visa in my passport showing that I'm staying at my husband's address

Anything else that I should/shouldn't include?
