Hello All, I send all my package to the USCIS (i-130 and i-485) And today i receive a "Request for initial evidence"

They ask me to submit the following

a) Evidence of my lawful admission into the USA, for example the i-94.

I have entered to the states with a VIsa B2, but always i cross the border by land and just cross the point of entry and thats all, but when i check in the website for my I-94, show my last entry of June , 2015, but i cross the border a few times more but i doesnt show it there.

Do you know if there is enought evidence to print that i-94 , or i have to request something to the CBP.

They never give u a paper or nothing, just sliice your visa at the computer.

Thanks
