Hello All,

My question is this, is it too soon to start to gather my co-sponsors financial documents? I have just now sent in the I-130 and am waiting on NOA1.

Since the I-184 has to be completed by my co-sponsor and has to be notorized, is there a time frame on the notorization to be and remain valid (say for instance, signed and notorized within 30 days of submittion ) of the document?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Blessings,

Hello All,

My question is this, is it too soon to start to gather my co-sponsors financial documents? I have just now sent in the I-130 and am waiting on NOA1.

Since the I-864 has to be completed by my co-sponsor and has to be notorized, is there a time frame on the notorization to be and remain valid (say for instance, signed and notorized within 30 days of submittion ) of the document?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
