The case was filed in Orange County, California.

Would you be able to help provide a sample of what the judgment page looks like or perhaps type of information is on the 'Judgment' ?

Does this document have to be requested?

A judgment in Orange County will look the same as a judgment in every other county in California. We have specific judicial council forms that are either mandatory or for optional use, and the judgment for a dissolution of marriage is a mandatory form. Here is what a blank version looks like: http://www.courts.ca.gov/documents/fl180.pdf

You will need a certified copy with the judge's signature on the second page, along with a file stamp on the first page in the upper right hand corner. You will also need all the pages attached to the judgment. Ms. Hogan provided the proper link to obtain the judgment -- this is how he needs to obtain his copy. It is very easy to do, either online or at any Superior Court location in person: http://www.occourts.org/locations/ The bonus of doing it in person is you can get the documents immediately (if you order online you still need to wait for them to be mailed).
