I got a reply saying they havent recieved my DS-160 or applicant readiness. But I have a confirmation letter and number for my DS-160. Will I have do redo my DS-160 as I have already done it.

Yes, you can do another. Print a new confirmation and turn it in the day of your interview instead of your other confirmation.

Or if you want to reply to their email saying you indeed submitted it on [date]. Provide the confirmation number and ask if they can find the DS-160 and let you know they indeed have it. Also tell them you have all your documents ready for interview and could they please schedule something soon since you have been waiting for however many weeks already and got passed by. That might get you in sooner because they would see you queued up weeks ago. Also tell them you had hoped to be married near the first of May. That may push you up to more of a priority to get you in. Just reply to theirs like a normal email. You don't have to go through the contact form again.

Waiting more than 3 weeks for an interview letter usually indicates to me that something is wrong. Some people expect them in 3 days, but it's never usually that quick.

I have sent them an email back, would you say that's the quickest way as I have been waiting a long time. I would just like an interview date.

I think replying to the email lets you get in a little plea with somebody who could actually get you scheduled. Sending a new DS-160 might just put you at the back of the queue like it was your first time to do it.

I have just recieved a letter from the Embassy saying they say they have had no reply from me, and to inform them within 60 days if I intend to proceed with the application. But I have completed a DS-160 and Applicant readiness. It says they have had no reply from me yet I had my Medical on February 10th, on the CEAC checker it says it was updated February 16th. Does this mean they will have my medical results? I'm so confused in what to do now?

I think the letter is not really related to your recent correspondence. It got sent out as a routine thing and happened about the time you started asking. When London has your file from NVC for a long time and get no application from you (DS-160), they send out a letter saying essentially "Do you still want a visa or not?" It also means your petition approval is soon to be or already expired. (Make a timeline so we can help better).

Well you recently figured out they had no DS-160 on record and are currently corresponding with them to resolve that. Maybe check names and any identifying numbers on anything you have gotten to make sure there is no identity confusion. Some people call NVC and ask for their LND number instead of waiting for their letter from London. Did you do that and maybe wrote it down wrong? It could happen that London is looking for "1222" and you got your medical and corresponded as "1223".

Also look at your petition approval notice from USCIS. (Your fiancé got that) It has date saying when it expires (4 months after approval). If your interview will be after the expiration, you are supposed to bring a new letter of intent from your fiancé to your interview to revalidate the expired petition. London says that in the first letter they send when they receive the file from NVC. It is really a formality but have your fiancé write a new letter and snail mail it to you immediately so you can take it to your interview.

And continue to follow up on the missing DS-160. Did you email them the confirmation number and ask them to check for it? Give them a few days to reply. And you can always submit another if they do not have it.

I have updated my timelime to the best of my knowledge. I might have missed something out, let me know if there's anything I need to change. Iv checked through all my documents and I don't see any typing errors. Yes my fiance has sent me a letter of intent to marry so we are okay on that. I already replied to their email I recieved saying I have completed the DS-160 and put the confirmation number in the email. I also made a copy of the confirmation page and posted it to them to also make sure they see it. I'm not sure if they will recieve it or what but it's sent at least. I mentioned the dates of me completing everything such as the readiness and medical. I put my case number on too. I don't see any typing mistake anywhere so I'm not sure what else I can do. I really appreciate your help.

I think you have started all the steps to get it sorted. Now you have to wait for a reply to find out if they found the DS-160 or you need to start a new one. Don't wait too long this time. Reply to their email again. Maybe do a new email on Monday if they don't reply.

So I got a reply on thursday saying that my interview is scheduled for the 12th of April and that written confirmation of the time and date will be sent to me. It's now Saturday and I have no letter. Which is fair enough as it says in the email not to worry if I don't get it before my interview as the instructions are on their website. But since I don't have a letter what should I show to the guards at the embassy to get in? Just the email I received or what? Thanks for the help by the way :-)

Yes, print your email and take it. Even if you went with nothing, they have a list of who is interviewing that day and would find your name. It is just faster for them to look at letters than having to find a hundred people on a list.
