does any body here can share their experience in the process of visa type: IR-5.

i had received a welcome letter from the NVC and I had paid the AOS - Affidavit of Support and the IV - Immigrant Visa fee. my question are:

1. on step 3 says submit visa application form - is this the DS-260 form? how long does it takes before they can unlock/open it up so i can be able to fill it out. as a petitioner. can i fill out this form DS-260 or the beneficiary should be the one who fill it out.

2. on step 4 says collect financial documents. my question is, if i don't have the IRS Tax transcript, the Federal Income Tax Returns & Form W2 would be enough? or do i should have to get it & enclosed it to the documents that i have to submit to the NVC.

3. can i submit the document to the NVC before i can submit the visa application form? or do i have to wait 'til i submit the visa application form before i can send/submit the documents tot he NVC.

4. after i submit all the documents to the NVC, how long does it takes before the beneficiary can have his/her interview schedule to the US Embassy in Manila, Philippines. are the NVC will be the one to schedule his/her interview or the beneficiary will call for the schedule of his/her interview.
