I moved to Anchorage AK and the wife is still in Kosovo. We are doing everything correctly and promptly sending what is needed. We took our time on the 260 and the documents that they needed to make sure it was 100% correct. The time line is below. So when you think shell get her visa from the Skopje MK embassy. No word since the last date posted below. I am also the agent and I got all documents listed below to my email.

Nov 18 2015 USCIS says the case for the spousal visa 1-130 has been approved and I 797 sent

Jan 5 2016 NVC Welcome letter. Says NVC receive immigrant visa petition

Jan 6 2016 AOS payment $120 paid

Jan 8 IV fee payment $325

Jan 23 2016 DS 260 sent

Jan 27 2016 sent express all documents to NVC

Feb 1 NVC received all documents. Please allow 30 days for them to review

That depends on the caseload at the NVC and whether your documents are all in order and how complex your situation is.

The Kosovo embassy will be the next hurdle. Have you looked into what their current waiting time for interview dates is? These vary hugely from embassy to embassy.

Dont you worry so much , if your documents all are set an you get a case complete , after that your interview it wont take much to be schedule.

Mine was schedule like after 7 days that I got CC.
