Hi! I petiioned my son and my husband, since my son didn't qualify for naturalization because I didn't go back to the US after 14 y.o. Before he was born. Last Jan 20 they did the interview and were told that my husband's was okay but they wanted my son to become a citizen before he left the Philippines so they went back on Feb 1 to file his CRBA and got denied because he wasn't qualified in the first place and note that my hisband and mom asked ACS if he was qualified and they said yes. So they went back and gave my son's passport for his visa processing and emailed me looking for his visa. I tried contacting them to let them know that his passport was already there then they had to send my husband's passport so Im guessing they were mistaken with the email. How long does the AP usually take because I miss my son so much I can't handle being away from him any longer. Please help me gain some.insight.
