In the embassy reviews section for Rio De Janeiro Brasil it states that you can save time once you have your NVC case number by simply downloading the forms for packet 3 and mailing them to the consulate instead of wating for them to send them to get the interview date. Has anybody actualky done this and what where the results?

NOA's for EAD and AOS received: 2007-09-11

Biometrics: 2007-09-15

Recieved EAD: 2007-09-27

AOS interview: 2007-10-20 rescheduled
