Hey,

I wanted your two cents. I am reading that they treat the I-134 with similar guidelines to the I-864 I am filing a K1 visa going through the embassy in Paris.

My returns are as follows:

I have been in college the past 5 years. I was filed as a dependent to my parents the last 2 years, making below the poverty level as a student.

I graduated and in May 2015 began employment making $75,000 annually, as a full time employee. I can provide proof of employment, paystubs and letter of employment and such.

My 2015 tax returns and w2 will show roughly $50,000 in income, which I currently have in hand.

My question is, is this enough so this would not be an issue or do I need to get a joint sponsor just in case since my prior two years of income were low due to being a student.

Thanks so much!!! (I am working on filling out the profile)
