Hi all. We are sending off a correction for our I-751 form and I've got two questions for you lovely people.

1.) This is the cover letter we are sending with our correction and we'd like to know if this sounds alright.

"Dear USCIS Officer:

Please find enclosed a corrected first page of Form I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence) for [name here]: we have changed the answer to page 1, part 1, item 9 (USCIS ELIS Account Number). We were not previously aware that while we have never filed an application, petition, or request using the USCIS ELIS, an ELIS Account Number was created when the $165 USCIS Immigrant Fee was paid.

We respectfully ask that this corrected first page replace the one that was sent with the original petition, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Sincerely

(Both of our signatures)"

2.) The original P.O. Box that we sent our packet to was numbered 10751. However, on our NOA the address listed at the bottom was "P.O. Box 30111." Does anyone know which P.O. Box we should send our correction to?

Thank you in advance!

OH it would probably help if I mentioned that we are sending this off to the California Service Center...d'oh!

Did you send one after you received your NOA1? What was the outcome?

I am thinking to send in one because I did a mistake when I didn't provide all the citizenships. I just wrote Canada that has issued my last passport. Whereas, I am also citizen of another country by birth. I have mentioned my country of birth in I-751 appropriate field where it asks for country of birth as that country, but the field where it says The Countries of citizenship (all that apply), I only mentioned Canada.
