I-130 / Potomac Service Center ??

Hello

After a long journey to bring my husband on a K-1 visa ( thank God approved and currently a permanent resident) a new saga beggins!! I am tring to bring my dad from the Dominican Republic as well. Petition sent on 01/16, email confirmation received today 1/21, however it states it was sent to Potomac Service Center, apparently in Virginia??? First time I hear about the existence of this service center. It’s not even listed on Visa J dropdown menu.

Does anyone else has this service center?
