Q23. Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any and all immigration officials or the U.S. Armed Forces) for any reason?

I was involved in a minor car accident back in 2012. The police was called and determined that it was no ones fault. I do not remember getting a citation. Do I need to answer "yes" to question?

I was involved in a minor car accident back in 2012. The police was called and determined that it was no ones fault. I do not remember getting a citation. Do I need to answer "yes" to question?

The question asks if you were cited (in other words, were you given a citation).

If the police determined that it was no one's fault, then you didn't get a citation.

If you didn't get a citation, then answer "no".
