So, Me and my fiancé decided to get married right after we get confirmation letter that our petition is approved and sent to NVC. Now we decided to get married and skip the process of K1 application (i am in USA). we are going to withdraw the K1 application and get married. Just check, what kind of order I have to follow among withdrawal, getting married, send in AOS/Green card?

Can we just get married immediately and then withdraw the k1 application, then send in application for AOS/green card?

Or, we have to submit K1 application withdrawal form before we get married? then wait for the confirmation of cancellation of K1 application and then submit AOS/green card application?

or even worse, we have to wait for the notification confirming my k1 application is canceled before we get married?

Another question is that what kind of form I should fill out to withdraw K1 application.
