J1 visa interview, still haven't received my DS 2019 form

Hello all,

I am in a pickle here. I'm going on a short-term scholar internship to Arizona State University at the end of January.

However, the thing is that ASU mailed me a copy of my ds 2019 form somewhere in December and also send me the original form too.

I printed the scanned copy which allowed me to apply for the SEVIS fee and everything.

Now, I have an appointment scheduled at the consulate tomorrow at 9:00 AM (I cant reschedule anymore) but still havent received the original copy of my DS 2019 form.

Would it be wise to still attend my interview tomorrow, even though I don't have the original form on me? If not, what are my other options?

Any advice regarding my situation would be greatly appreciated.

All best,
