Questions before the medical and interview

I hope someone who already passed this stage will share their advise or experience. My question is will my mom received any packet or documents from the embassy before her medical or interview appointment? If yes what kind of documents will she receive. Correct me if I am wrong but I remembered during my K visa processes I received a packet before my interview. Also, will the interview letter emailed to me by NVC considered an original document if my mom prints it out? (I forwarded the email attachment to her) or I need to send the letter that NVC sent to me through mail? Thank you all and I appreciate all your help.

Your mother should receive an interview letter before the appointment because she needs it for her medical examination and interview.

She will het a checklist with appointment, to be on the safe side she should carry her

birth & marred cert (if she is) to be on the safe side also start getting vaccines or details

for medical ready
