Form I-134, Affidavit of Support

Filling out this form while pending an interview date for my fiancé a couple of questions:

Question 11. I intend/do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person

-Would a sufficient answer be providing room/board basic necessities until the change of status is taken care of my fiancé/wife at that point is able to work?

-Supporting evidence:

Are pay stubs or W-2s sufficient?

-Question 7 "i own real estate valued at"

If I'm in the middle of purchasing a home do I need to disclose this information even if it isn't finalized yet?

No. A copy of all the documents sent for your tax return ....or....the free IRS Tax Transcript.

-Question 7 "i own real estate valued at"

If I'm in the middle of purchasing a home do I need to disclose this information even if it isn't finalized yet?

If your income is sufficient, there is no need to include any other financial information.
