Hello All,

I am filling out DS 260 online and my issue is with the address question.

My wife (applicant) changed her legal address to mine (pakistani address) after our marriage. After i returned to US, she kept living at her parents house which was her previous main address. That is where all her mail gets sent to.

While filling out form i-130, i only mentioned her parents address because that is what they use for mailing purposes, but i added an extra sheet explaining that her legal address is now the same as mine.

As for form Ds 260, they require 3 addresses, Present, Mailing (if different from Present) and Permanent upon arriving to US. The 2nd and 3rd are no issue.

As for her Present address, what should i use? As stated earlier, she is living at her parents house, and has no connection to her legal address. Should i use her legal address as the PRESENT ADDRESS, and her actual address where she is staying as MAILING ADDRESS? Or since i didnt mention her legal address in form i-130, it would be an issue using it now?

Need advice please.

Thanks,
