Just got my NOA 1. I sent it through the Dallas Lockbox. On the bottom of the NOA1 it says "california processing center." Does that mean our l-129 is going though the California processing center? That would make a huge difference in time. Also, it says according to California processing center times, I should receive my NOA 2 by the end of this month. Does that sound accurate?

Yes, it has been rerouted and will be processed at CSC. All I-129f petitions filled in the past few months have been sent to centers other than TSC. Primarily California.

As for when you will receive your NOA-2, no promises. People have been getting theirs for CSC in an average of about a month, but as with any average there are some that fall above or below them. It could be within the month but it could also be later.
