For the medical you need to produce your vaccination record? Does it have to list everything that you've had or just what is required by the US? I contacted my GP and they said that I had to request it in writing but I couldnt just ask for my vaccination history, I had to specify which ones I wanted to confirm that I'd had. Is this right?

I'm not saying you shouldn't have your vaccinations history ready for the medical...cause it's probably a really good idea, but, I was informed that you don't need to prove you have had the required vaccinations until AOS. And therefore, you don't technically need them at the medical at all.

This part is purely guessing though, I would imagine that you only need proof of the vaccines required by the US and/or consulate in your country. I can't imagine the US wanting to know about random vaccines you've had if they aren't requiring you to have them.

Good Luck!

No you don't need to have ANY vaccines to enter the US on a non-immigrant visa, which is what K1 is.

The vaccines that will be required for your AOS are listed on USCIS.gov. They are age-specific so one should research them.

Most people, especially those in the UK, find it beneficial to obtain the required vaccines before the medical for two reasons. Firstly, you can get them free from NHS, and secondly, if you can prove the vaccines to the panel physician then he can certify them with form DS-3025 (a form that is handy for AOS).

I've read that the doctors can assist with that, if you don't have your vaccination records. They can determine what vaccinations you have had by sampling your blood.
