Hi,

You should call Nvc about your case,if you pay aos and iv fee, then you should join ur parents at interview time, call Nvc and ask what is going on with you.

By the way,

What's your interview date ?

I was not able to complete the DS-260 for him because it said NOT Applicable beside his name. I called the NVC phone and the operator said that he aged out , I told her that CSPA would apply to him because his age was frozen for the 7 years that USCIS held the case before approving it . also counting the 6 years NVC had it that would make him 14 years old now . THe operator told me that when I go for my interview I should take my son with me to let the Consular officer decide , My question is how am going to take him to the interview when I dont have any paper with his name on it that would allow him to enter in the embassy compound? Anyone had a similar experience CSPA ageing out?

Did you got the visa for aged out child? At islamabad embassy
