hello to all,

just want to share with you gurls about my situition now,i have already my sched of medical and interview through calling to DOS,and the said my packet was sent already 2 weeks before the call, but my probs that i want to ask you my fellow members in here(visa journey)why until now my packet is not arrived yet, do you think it is lost already?so i am a little bit worry this tym for i have a plan to have my advance med the end of the month because i still have many things to do in sch in the first week of april as i am a graduating student,so what should i do for now,i call many many times in DHL,but it was very fraustrating because they will ask the tracking no and i dont have that the DOS will not give any full details for us to claim in DHL,so i am hoping to anybody who have they same case as mind and can give me some guidelines what to do in my situitions..what should i bring to present to ST.luke so i can be accepted with the advance med.i am hoping you could help me solve my probs...waiting for your help...

The best thing you can do that I can think of is go to the Manila embassy website (http://manila.usembassy.gov/) and click on Immigarant Visa Information under Consular and Visa Services. On the bottom of the page, there are applications and packet that you can download (K1). It will give you the same information that was sent to you by the embassy (Packet 4). Hope this helps.

thanks, herge106 for the information by the way i have already print a copy of the form like what you said the one that is like the form of packet 4 but i am not really sure if the will accept it,do you think they will accept the one i print in the computer?or i need to call to the USE MANILA, for some details? just to make sure and also let them ask if they will just forward my packet in ST.LUKE for i have a fix decision to have my med the end of the month...i am just a little worry about where my packet goes this time a lot of my friends who have schedule of medical and interview as of april have receive the packet already last feb?okay i am hoping i can here from some other member in here who have the same probs as mind...thanks again and god bless...
