Hello! I few years ago I submited a pettition to bring my husband to the United States that petiotion was denied but he was able to file for a waiver wich was denied as well. My Question is:has there been any changes in these bans or is it safe to apply againg before the 10 years have passed? I have mixed feelings about making a petition before the 10 years because all of the stress that goes along with that and I dont want to loose money or hopes again! Hope I made my question as clear as possible and hope to see some answers! thanks so much
