Hello, My fiance Adil had his interview on March 1st in Morocco at Casablanca and was sent home with a 221g. It states, : this office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issue a visa to you because you have been found inligible to receive a visa under the following section of the immigration and nationality act.the information contained in the paragraphs markeed with x pertain to your visa application.please disregard the unmarked paragraphs

section221g wish prohibits theissuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply withthe provisions of the immigration and nationality act or regulations issued pursuant thereto .the following remarks apply in your case

your case requires administrative processing we will notify when can continue processing your case

Is this something that everyone receives?

WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN. He did not receive any papers stating he needs more evidence nor did he get a paper stating it is getting returned. Some one help please.

Thank you for all that reply.

Its the normal procedure for Casa. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few monts to process the security checks. See the posts in the MENA forum. There is even a sample 221g posted so you can compare it to yours

ETA: there are many people in MENA who have had long waits and they can give you good advice if your wait turns out to be a little longer than you hoped for.
