My Affadavit of support/IV package

Can someone check out my checklst? Getting ready to send the Affadavit of support and IV package.

AOS

- AOS Barcoded Sheet
-cover letter
- I-864 for petitioner and I-864A of household member
- Tax transcripts of Petitioner and household member
- Letter of employment for Petitioner and household member
- Last 6 months pay stubs for Petitioner and household member
- Proof of relationship to household member
- Petitioners Birth Certificate and household members birth certificates

IV

-IV bar-coded cover sheet
-Two (2) passport-size photographs of beneficiary (case number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both)
-Photocopy of the biographic data page of beneficiary’s passport
-Copy of the birth certificate of beneficiary
-Copy of the marriage certificate
-Copy of police clearance certificate

Anything I'm forgetting?

February 4th- case complete.

February 24th- Interview scheduled for April 19th
