So, we are new to this.

Fiancee is here on an ACTIVE F1 student visa. We are planning to get married. What forms would we need to fill out and submit? We met while at the same college together.

If you're planning to have your wedding in the US and your fiancee will not be traveling outside the US either before the wedding or between the wedding and when she receives Advance Parole (typically 2-3 months after submitting the Adjustment of Status application to USCIS), then after your wedding you can file for her to adjust status from F-1 to permanent resident on the basis of her marriage to a US citizen. The guide for that is here

The part about her not leaving the US is critically important. Her F-1 is a non-immigrant visa, and if she were to re-enter the US on that visa with the intention of marrying you and adjusting her status she would be committing immigration fraud. So, if there are any plans for her to leave the US before your wedding, you'd need to decide between the K-1 fiancee route or getting married overseas and filing for a CR-1 spousal visa. Either of those would involve her remaining outside the US until the K-1 or CR-1 is issued You can find a comparison of the options here.

- Moved from Travel and Student Visas to What Visa Do I Need - question is about options for immigrating as the spouse or fiance(e) of a USC -

Eighteen years in the US and I still don't understand Velveeta, TV ads for prescription drugs, only getting 2 weeks paid vacation, or why anyone believes anything they see on Fox "News".
