N-400 and 5 years of adress under 90 days Rules

HI;

I am eligible for citizenship under 90 days rules and i have not completed five years of adresses in the US( lack of 3 months).

Can i used these 3 months adress of my home country to complete 5 years of adress like its requires in N-400....

NB:

Where haveyou lived the last 5 years? Begin with where you live now and then list every locations where you have lived during 5 years.

And i need some other informations about my current adress:

-Date of residence: From( mm/dd/y)------- To -- (mm/dd/y).....XXXXX

For current adress i would like to know what i can put TO.... NOW or put any date that i have to leave this address

Can i put-----From ( mm/dd/y) To ( mm/dd/y)--- NOW coz i still living in the address and no date to live it.

Use the word "Present" instead of 'now'.

If you are applying early at 4 years and 9 months, I would just list US addresses for that period, and not worry about the 3 months out of the country before that.

In short, that section of the application is designed to facilitate the criminal background check.

I would like to know if we must send all evidence like: income taxe(5 years) and copies passport..etc.

What happen if i send only copy of green card with the application and i bring with me all income tax and other things to the interview?

Will it be a denied or not?

My mother and I sent only 3 things by mail. The application. A copy front/back of the green card. The fee.

We were both approved. I brought tax returns to the interview, and the agent declined to review them when offered.
