is it necessary to send to my fiance my Original statements and my G-325A with my signed to add them with I-129F Package before she Mail it to the USCIS or ican just send her as copy of it and she add the copy and i take the original with me in embassy interview ?

The Intent to marry letters and G325 and anything with a wet signature you would need to send the petitioner yes.

The only original thing you should ever hand over is a form you filled/signed yourself and your passport at the conclusion of interview. Any other case need to have originals but they shouldn't be permanent taken from you. many of the forms have their own directions, which explicitly stated that copies are preferred, that you should not expect to get anything submitted to them back and dont send originals unless the explicitly ask.
