Proof of Domicile; What to expect after AOS & IV PACKAGE being sent out.

Hi VJ Friends,

You guys have been such great help to me!! I don't know what would have I done without you..probably would have been obligated to hire a lawyer Anywho. So two days ago I sent out to my father in Florida my AOS & IV Package for he can check and make sure everything is all good and he will be my joint sponsor also. What I am kinda worried about (I'm a worry bee) is the proof of domicile. Like I mentioned before, I included the followings:

-Current bank statement

-2 Current Credit Card statements

-My driver's license

-Current and active cell phone bill

I wrote this letter out as an example of my father stating that we will be living with him for the time being, which we are. I just want you guys to read it and PLEASE Any suggestions to this letter will be GREATLY appreciate it. I'm really not that great writing letters so I would really appreciate your input. Also, I will be working with my father in this company. Should I include a letter stating so?

Also, what do I expect after our AOS & IV package being sent out? Usually when do they send out the interview date? We are already putting everything to sell here at our apartment.

Here's the letter:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, (home-owners name), who lives at (address) am certifying that (petitioner’s name) and (beneficiary’s name) will be residing with me at my home upon their entry to the United States of America until they are stable financially.
