At the bottom of the G-325A is a bold black box that says print the name and alien registration. Does that have to be actually hand written or can we fill that out per the PDF as well and just have her sign it?

Also, she didn't date her handwritten letter of intent.

If I add a cover letter with the date, will that work?

Or should I just send her a completely typed out letter of intent and just have her date it?

You can fill the PDF forms out, in fact I believe its preferred and helps the scanners. Or is there some specific box you are referencing versus all the other ones?

the Letter of intent doesn't need to be hand written, aside from 'dating' it, it needs to be signed.
