Filing AOS under WVP (overstay) + abandoned GC

Hi, hope you guys can help - many of you seem to be experts! :-)

I recently got married to my boyfriend (US citizen) while here in the US under WVP (now on overstay). It was unplanned and I have plenty of proof that it was.

However, going through all the paperwork to apply for AOS and doing research on the web regarding some of the questions, I wonder whether the fact that I had "voluntarily relinquished my greencard" during secondary inspection at the airport years ago could pose a problem? I had lived in the US from late 80s to late 90s, then relocated back to my homecountry and came back to the US for annual visits. The immigration officer back then told me it would not pose a problem in the future.

Form I-765:

In question 11 where I have to answer whether I applied for EAD before, I guess the answer would be "yes"? They are asking for documentation though and of course, I don't know the exact date (only an estimate) nor do I have any of the paperwork from back then. And I put that the EAD was granted and that the date is only an approx. and that docs are no longer available. Is that sufficient??

Question 14 (status of last entry):

I put "WVP visitor (out of status). Is that correct?

Question 15 (current immigration status):

I put the same as in question 14. Is that correct?

I would really appreciate any input on this!
