Big problem small problem or no problem?

Hi everyone, not sure if you've read my previous story or not however I have gone ahead and sent cancel request for a previous k1 that was using me just for money and am filing a k1 for someone who has been a very close friend of mine for a year now, who things started to get pretty in depth quite a while ago, and who now after spending sometime with them have decided this is what I truly want and deserve for the rest of my life.

Heres my concern, she has a passport for quite some years now and it says that her birthdate is a few years earlier than when it really is, this is also not a brand new passport. she thinks itd be best to get the hospital to grant a birth cert. that matches up to the one on the passport....

Get a new passport with correct date(s) matching the original birth certificate! Getting hospitals to alter birth records to suit her need sounds...fraudulent!
