Guys just want to ask anyone here who could help me ease my worries.Was trying to obtained a COC from singapore.The thing is,im confused whose going to recieve the COC if it'll soon to be delivered?Is it the applicant or will be sent directly to USEM?I recieved an email from CID office stating that my COC is ready to be mailed but then im not sure if its to be me or to the USEM.Can't seem to find any new post in here about it.All i could read is about 3 years ago and im so worried that it'll take much longer than 2 months.Pls enlighten me guys.Thank you so much
