I have my N-400 interview next week. I just looked through my old I-485 paperwork and noticed there were a couple organization memberships (from very long ago) mentioned in my I-485 application that I forgot to mention in my N-400 application when I submitted it. What do I do now? Will they give me a hard time at the interview for leaving these out? I was a member of these organizations during the 1990s and early 2000s...

Whenever you go to the interview just mention them to the office, you shouldn't have a hard time.

Good luck by the way.

Thanks for the advice and good wishes! I will list them out on a piece of paper as an "Addendum" and hand it over to the Officer when he gets to that question during the interview...
