Hi everyone,

we are coming up for our removing of the conditions in May. We plan on moving in April. Would a "new" address be suspicious to the USCS since before everything had gone to our other address? The lease will have both our names. We plan on travelling about 3 weeks after filing. Is there a chance the extension letter won't come on time? Are biometric appointments scheduled by us or assigned by them? What are the chances of getting an interview? More like 1 in 2 or 1 in 100? We really do not want to drive 6 to 7 hours again! We went the K1 route so they have plenty of history on us for the k1 and our aos interview... any help is appreciated!

If you're moving there might be a possibility that you're still going to the same USCIS office before you moved. This usually happens. They don't change it until the case is done. I have moved from a different address since I applied for AOS but luckily i still have the same USCIS office to go to and it's just near our place still. Most of the time they don't transfer case until filing and approval is done. That's just my opinion.

Also regarding the interview some say that if you submitted complete requirements you won't be asked to go for an interview. Not a 100% sure about this but just to be sure, just anticipate this if it happens. Hope this helps a bit. Goodluck to both of you.
