I'm on my last thing on all the AOS forms and I need to know about the part on the I-864 for determining household size. It says to put 1 for yourself, one for the person you are sponsoring, and one for your spouse. Do I need to count my husband as 2 because he is the person I am sponsoring?

Just leave the one of the two squares that cover your husband empty. It says to not count anyone twice and then doesn't give directions on how to not do that. I left the box where my husband was supposed to put his spouse empty.

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.
