Canceling two I-130 to get I-129F

My fiance went for infopass last friday to speak to immigration officer about our case. Our first application was denied and we took care of mistakes. Also he has two kids in his home country and he tried to make a citizenship for them by applying for I-130. Officer said there is no need to apply for citizenship by I-130 and they can make it in our local USCIS office. He suggested to cancel those two I-130 and once they will be canceled we can start our I-129F. My fiance gave him our I-129F and we are waiting for NOA1.

My question is how long it is usually takes for canceling I-130?

NOA1 - March 10

RFE - June 9

NOA2 - July 28
