Ever since I created my new ID few days ago, I can't seem to login as it says to contact technical support. I thought maybe somehow ID was not properly created, so I created with 3-4 more different email / ID; but NO LUCK. Anyone experiencing the same? or is it just me? I tried with Safari and Chrome on my mac.

Under "case history" I have nothing... Just a black thin line. And under "next steps" it says: "If we accept your case, you will receive a receipt notice. If we reject your case, we will send you an explanation with instructions." Is this normal?

Are "touches" necessary to have before an approval?
