Hi Everyone,

I am trying to fill out my N-400 form. Since they require previous 5 years of employment history, I have created a list of all the places I have worked in the past 5 years. My last job was in New Jersey, before that- in Albany, and before that , in Brooklyn, and before that in Florida and before that in Houston.

Here's a run down of my employment for past 5 years

New Jersey

Albany( consultant )

Brooklyn

Florida( consultant )

Texas( consultant)

Apart from Brooklyn and New Jersey, all my other jobs have been through consulting agencies. So for 3 jobs, I was paid through an agency or I should say , a consultant agency. So my question is , when I fill out the adresse section for "Previous employments", should I give my actual work adresse or the adresse of the agency that paid me ?

Thanks.
