Hi Everyone, Im helping my friend with the petition he filed for his step children. We already got the notice from the NVC. He assigned the agent and paid AOS fee of $120 three weeks after it issued since the invoice was not available online. Now its been one week today and he checked the site and it said paid.

Now he is trying to submit the Visa application form, When he tries to fill up the form at CEAC it takes him to IV payment but it does not show any amount due so he cant pay for it and cannot apply for the Visa

Please help what we are missing or if we are doing things wrong

Thanks
