Thanks to everyone for all the advise leading up to a sucessful visa issuance. Now the second phase begins. For those of you who still are awaiting approval of the I-130 with a K-3 visa in hand, do I have to wait for approval of the I-130 prior to filing of the I-485? Also, if the I-130 is approved prior to my spouse arriving in the US, does USCIS not send it to NVC since a K-3 has been issued? Also, is the I-485 filed with the local USCIS office?
