South Africans--Does DocAssist really work to obtain Birth Certificates?

Hey guys,

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with DocAssist to obtain the Birth Certificate and/or Police Clearance Certificate. My fiance had a friend recommend them (even though he didn't use them himself) because of the notorious long wait times for obtaining these documents. Our petition approval only lasts till the end of August, so I am really nervous he won't get everything together in time to schedule his interview and obtain his visa!

Yes, they are great! Once they received my payment, it took exactly 3 weeks for me to receive my birth certificate in an email, and another week (it could've been less) to receive it in the mail. Claire Nieuwoudt was the girl who helped me, and she was great responding to my emails and answering my questions.

Edit: I have to add I did all this from the USA and it still was that fast

Wow, super speedy responses! Thank you guys so much. I was pretty worried that it wouldn't work and then he'd have been out some money. Hopefully we will get his stuff really soon!
